Job Summary
A workforce solutions and staffing agency is seeking a Telecommute Crisis Management Case Manager I in Saint Louis.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Intaking, followung up, and managing cases of reported Potential Exposure, Quarantines, RTW's, Pending Tests, Potential C+'s
- Handling general questions for COVID-19 potential exposure and case management
- Processing quarantines specific to results of contact tracing (coordination with Crisis Management as a result of the contract tracing process which is overseen by Safety who partners with Operations)
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
- Ability to cover an equal number of non-core hour time slots to cover for weeknights and weekends (including some holidays)
- Demonstrated account and/or project management, presentation, and consultative skills
- Proven excellent written and interpersonal communication skills required coupled with a demonstrated ability to interact effectively and build credibility/rapport with co-workers at all levels of the organization
- Ability to exercise sound business judgment and collaborative approach to work
- Demonstrated strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple, simultaneous projects and workflows
