Job Summary
A real estate professional services and investment management company is filling a position for a Telecommute Critical Facilities Manager in Philadelphia.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Establish critical environment guidelines for all process and procedures for critical facilities
- Team with engineering project management to develop potential projects and ensure project plans are complete
- Understand the engineering design and operational aspects of critical facilities systems and equipment
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Requires periodic travel to the client's locations
- 5+ years of experience in critical facility maintenance/management
- Data center/critical environment engineering and design and/or operating experience required
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams in a decentralized environment with an ability to deliver
- Computer proficiency with MS Office, Word, and Excel
