Job Summary
A global healtcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute CRM Analyst .
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Participating in the analysis and design of any necessary modification; work closely with D365 team on development, testing and implementation of the necessary modification
- Documenting requirements and processes; develop test plans; test execution and track results
- Staying current on D365 technologies, seek training where necessary and guide the organization through changes in the D365 platform
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- BA in business, technology, marketing or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of professional experience
- 2+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience
