Job Summary

A financial services institution is in need of a Remote CRM Data Management and Administration Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Owning all aspects of SFDC administration and operations for the ERSM team
• Providing automated and manual database clean up
• Developing and maintaining custom reports, dashboards and performing analysis on data

Qualifications for this position include:

• BA/BS or equivalent experience
• Three to five years of strong Salesforce user experience and/or SFDC administrator experience
• Demonstrated understanding of all aspects of SFDC configuration and technical/functional capabilities
• Experience integrating salesforce.com with other applications
• Ability to troubleshoot SFDC issues and/or bugs in a timely manner
• Ability to partner with IT to manage the software testing process,
