Job Summary
A financial services institution is in need of a Remote CRM Data Management and Administration Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Owning all aspects of SFDC administration and operations for the ERSM team
- Providing automated and manual database clean up
- Developing and maintaining custom reports, dashboards and performing analysis on data
Qualifications for this position include:
- BA/BS or equivalent experience
- Three to five years of strong Salesforce user experience and/or SFDC administrator experience
- Demonstrated understanding of all aspects of SFDC configuration and technical/functional capabilities
- Experience integrating salesforce.com with other applications
- Ability to troubleshoot SFDC issues and/or bugs in a timely manner
- Ability to partner with IT to manage the software testing process,
