Job Summary

A game development company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute CRM Marketing Senior Program Manager in Irvine.

Must be able to:

  • Lead key marketing initiatives and projects that help enable our business stakeholders to achieve their goals
  • Work with cross-functional teams throughout company and its partners to manage milestones, deliverables, and timelines related to CRM campaign launches
  • Perform user acceptance tests (UAT) for MarTech integrations

Required Skills:

  • A minimum of 5-8+ years’ experience in project management
  • A minimum of 2 years leading project initiatives in a marketing, advertising, creative, communications, or technology department within an organization
  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience in relevant field
  • Certifications or experience with Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, Kanban, or PRINCE2
  • Ability to lead and collaborate with development teams on CRM technology implementations across email, push and SMS
  • Ability to perform ongoing stakeholder communication and change management
