Job Summary
A company that provides educational companies technology services is in need of a Telecommute CRM Senior Technical Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Ensuring tracking of issues, change requests and risk on assigned projects
- Gathering technical requirements from customers, evaluating their needs and providing solutions
- Troubleshooting and resolving CRM product issues on assigned projects
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Minimum of 4 years related experience supporting or consulting in high-end technology applications industry
- Minimum of 2 years experience in implementing and/or supporting a commercial CRM product line is required
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from an accredited four-year college or university
- Demonstrated detailed knowledge of relational databases, operating systems and software design
- Demonstrated detailed knowledge and ability to work with technologies like Microsoft SQL Server, Visual Basic, ASP.NET, ASP/HTML, IIS, and other related technologies
- Demonstrated ability to work within a complex data security model
