Job Summary

A cryptocurrency company has an open position for a Telecommute Cryptocurrency Compliance Outreach Analyst.

Must be able to:

• Initiate and manage daily customer contact
• Facilitate EDD on customer accounts triggered by dollar value thresholds
• Understand to escalate fraudulent or suspicious activity to investigations

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• Three or more years of Customer Service experience
• Excellent oral, written, critical thinking, problem solving and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
• Excellent problem solving abilities and results oriented
• Ability to grasp complex processes quickly and be able to identify risks and compensating controls
