Job Summary

A technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Cryptocurrency Customer Support Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Approving and Denying Accounts for use based off company policy
  • Providing updates on ongoing transactions
  • Meeting KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) set by management

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 1-3 Years of experience in customer service or call center work
  • General to strong knowledge of cryptocurrency, Bitcoin, and blockchain technology
  • Strong/Stable Internet connection
  • Good communication skills, as you will be working with a remote team
  • Able to speak to angry customers with calmness and clarity
