Job Summary
A technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Cryptocurrency Customer Support Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Approving and Denying Accounts for use based off company policy
- Providing updates on ongoing transactions
- Meeting KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) set by management
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 1-3 Years of experience in customer service or call center work
- General to strong knowledge of cryptocurrency, Bitcoin, and blockchain technology
- Strong/Stable Internet connection
- Good communication skills, as you will be working with a remote team
- Able to speak to angry customers with calmness and clarity
