Job Summary
A healthy meal company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Culinary Expansion Manager in Chicago.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing the full recruitment and on-boarding cycle of chefs and food tour operators in assigned markets
- Reviewing all inbound applicants in a timely manner while actively performing outreach to uncover passive candidates.
- Conducting phone interviews with potential chef and food tour partners
Position Requirements Include:
- 2+ years of sales, business development, or recruiting experience
- Culinary experience required
- Strong phone skills
- Outgoing and eager to engage with the chef community
- Proficient in Google suite and Excel
- All other requirements necessary for this position
