Job Summary

A communications service provider needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Culture Initiatives Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Executing and analyzing employee surveys
• Implementing community-based programs
• Working closely with the Culture leader to ideate and create programs to support employees

Required Skills:

• 2-3 years of experience in Corporate Citizenship, Corporate Responsibility or Corporate Foundation programs
• Ability to analyze data
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Detail oriented
• Bachelors degree or masters
• Understanding/knowledge of software that can help scale and automate programs
