Job Summary

A college that offers nationally accredited distance education certification courses in aromatherapy and many other areas of alternative healthcare is in need of a Telecommute Curricula Science Writer in Portland.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Conduct and analyze research for holistic health curricula
  • Revise and edit holistic health curricula
  • Research, read, and synthesize complex scientific information about botanical plants

Position Requirements Include:

  • Masters degree in a related science and/or writing field or higher
  • At least five years’ experience writing in the field
  • Minimum two years’ demonstrable experience working with college-level curriculum development and learning outcomes
  • A current PC or Mac at your home
  • High-speed Internet service, webcam, and phone line
  • Current word processing software
