An enterprise cloud technology provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Curriculum Developer in Philadelphia.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing an instructor-led, role-based, course curriculum for the targeted personas
- Designing, developing, and maintaining course materials across various products and delivery channels
- Creating validation activities to measure learning attainment of course objectives
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's Degree in Technical Communications, English, Education, Computer Science, Instructional Design or equivalent field
- 3+ years experience designing, developing, and maintaining software training programs
- Excellent analytical and writing skills with a demonstrated aptitude for creating instructional content
- Ability to quickly learn industry terminology, processes, and systems
- Proven ability to work effectively with subject matter experts and stakeholders
- All other requirements necessary for this position
