A reporting software company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Customer Advocate.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Identifying priority issues for escalation and communicate relevant information to appropriate parties
  • Serving as a resident product expert
  • Handling incoming requests from customers and prospects

Required Skills:

  • Ability to use Excel and being comfortable with its arithmetic, date & time, and statistical functions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to reproduce and troubleshoot software and data issues
  • 1-3 years of customer facing experience
