Job Summary
A global company specializing in consumer transaction technologies has a current position open for a Remote CCC Supervisor.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Ensuring that customer faults are being worked in a manner that will result in the achievement of customer Service Level Agreements and customer satisfaction
- Troubleshooting undocumented problems
- Understanding of the end to end processes that underpin quality customer service and conduct service audits
Qualifications for this position include:
- High School Diploma
- 3 to 5 years of related experience
- Ability to effectively communicate to customers while protecting the company's position
- Demonstrated understanding of call center operations and solid understanding of all support tools
- Ability to take responsibility for new agent set-up and training, providing direction and support to the management team
- Ability to supervise a team of support technicians
