Job Summary

A global company specializing in consumer transaction technologies has a current position open for a Remote CCC Supervisor.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Ensuring that customer faults are being worked in a manner that will result in the achievement of customer Service Level Agreements and customer satisfaction
  • Troubleshooting undocumented problems
  • Understanding of the end to end processes that underpin quality customer service and conduct service audits

Qualifications for this position include:

  • High School Diploma
  • 3 to 5 years of related experience
  • Ability to effectively communicate to customers while protecting the company's position
  • Demonstrated understanding of call center operations and solid understanding of all support tools
  • Ability to take responsibility for new agent set-up and training, providing direction and support to the management team
  • Ability to supervise a team of support technicians
