A personal development and training company has an open position for a Telecommute Customer Care Lead in Tulsa.

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Direct client care experience
  • Prefer experience working with Infusionsoft and comfortable digging in to solve technical issues
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong technical aptitude
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, Mac platform, Outlook, Office 365 and GoogleSuite
