A personal development and training company has an open position for a Telecommute Customer Care Lead in Tulsa.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing leadership to the Customer Care team
- Troubleshooting and investigating system issues
- Managing escalated customer issues to resolution and involving senior leadership
Qualifications for this position include:
- Direct client care experience
- Prefer experience working with Infusionsoft and comfortable digging in to solve technical issues
- Fluent in English
- Strong technical aptitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, Mac platform, Outlook, Office 365 and GoogleSuite
