Job Summary

A consumer goods company is seeking a Telecommute Customer Care Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Dealing directly with both internal and external customers via telephone, email and live chat
  • Handling and responding to customer inquiries and complaints promptly and thoroughly
  • Obtaining and evaluating all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Minimum high school graduate or GED
  • 1-3 years Customer Service experience
  • Strong communication skills – verbal, written, and listening
  • Typing minimum 30 WPM 85% accuracy
  • Able to multi-task
