Job Summary
A consumer goods company is seeking a Telecommute Customer Care Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Dealing directly with both internal and external customers via telephone, email and live chat
- Handling and responding to customer inquiries and complaints promptly and thoroughly
- Obtaining and evaluating all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
Qualifications for this position include:
- Minimum high school graduate or GED
- 1-3 years Customer Service experience
- Strong communication skills – verbal, written, and listening
- Typing minimum 30 WPM 85% accuracy
- Able to multi-task
