A technology solutions company has an open position for a Telecommute Customer Care Representative in the Nashville Area.
Must be able to:
- Retain customers who are at risk of cancelling service
- Address customer complaints with the goals of increasing satisfaction and retention rates
- Communicate company policies and procedures to customers
Skills and Requirements Include:
- May need to come to the office for training/retraining
- Must have the ability to handle multiple priorities
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must meet all technical requirements
- Learn and demonstrate up-selling techniques
- Be computer literate with an ability to type 25-35 words per minute
