A software technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Customer Care Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Answering questions via phone and email from customers that love our software
- Working with a team that is building a brand of unparalleled customer service around the world
- Answering clients questions about our top-rated software and its awesome functionalities
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Must live within the state of Utah (This is a must!) and would be able to come into the office for at least 6-8 weeks for training
- Can type 60+ words per minute
- Must have written and communication skills that are sharp as a tack
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving are your bread and butter
- Must have a dedicated at-home workspace, free from distraction with high-speed, reliable internet
