Job Summary

A software technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Customer Care Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Answering questions via phone and email from customers that love our software
  • Working with a team that is building a brand of unparalleled customer service around the world
  • Answering clients questions about our top-rated software and its awesome functionalities

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Must live within the state of Utah (This is a must!) and would be able to come into the office for at least 6-8 weeks for training
  • Can type 60+ words per minute
  • Must have written and communication skills that are sharp as a tack
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving are your bread and butter
  • Must have a dedicated at-home workspace, free from distraction with high-speed, reliable internet
