Job Summary
A healthcare company is seeking a Telecommute Customer Care Specialist in Tampa.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Receiving, documenting and resolving customer inquiries by using established best practices
- Building lasting relationships with customers
- Educating customers, providers and employers about products and services over the telephone
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- This role may require that you Work at Home (WAH) after the 6 month appraisal period
- Available to work an assigned shift between the hours of 7:45 a.m.- 11 p.m. Monday-Sunday
- High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum 1 year call center or customer service experience
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment and with a high volume of phone inquiries
