A business services firm is seeking a Telecommute Customer Care Technical Writer.
Must be able to:
- Write clear and consistent procedures and other reference information
- Write and revise ECCO (internal web-based system) content
- Conduct quality reviews on all content
Qualifications for this position include:
- Demonstrated experience handling multiple priorities
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, HTML and HTML editors
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to create content that is consistent relative to tone, grammar, and vocabulary
- Strong relationship skills
- Ability to simplify complex procedures
