Job Summary

A bot development company is seeking a Telecommute Customer Champion.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Ensuring that we are shipping quality to all our customers and being the internal voice of the customer
  • Capturing customer requests and translate them into developable tickets
  • Responding to the development team’s requests for clarification on any customer ticket

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Proficiency with Google Drive or another productivity suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Excellent phone manners
