Job Summary
A technology company has a current position open for a Telecommute Customer Clinical Support Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Answer clinical related questions in a friendly, effective, and efficient manner
- Diagnose and resolve basic and complex customer clinical questions or problems
- Interact with customers to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Tech savvy working with computers, internet browsers, and software applications
- Home health or hospice clinical experience
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
- Ability to solve clinical problems on an innovative home health & hospice software product
