Job Summary

An IT and computer services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Customer Design Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Be the primary technical resource during the customer implementation phase
  • Design, develop and implement monitoring and management solutions for customers
  • Undertake consultancy, professional services and build work as required

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Travel 25 % of the Time
  • Systems, Storage, Security, Network, Server, Database advanced technical and ITIL certifications
  • Technology Certification: Oracle Enterprise Manager, Oracle Enterprise Linux, Oracle DBA, Weblogic
  • Must meet technical experience requirements listed by company
  • At least 5 years experience working with IT customers
  • Must have 3+ years hands on experience with Oracle Enterprise Manager 12c or 13c
