Job Summary
A workforce management software company has a current position open for a Telecommute Customer Engagement Consultant.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Speaking with customers to uncover areas for improvement within our HR-related modules
- Identifying common patterns across customers, and develop a proposed services solution
- Tracking the results of your proposed solution, and adjust as needed
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 2+ years experience with company human resources software required
- Demonstrated consultative and/or Project Management experience
- Demonstrated success with customer service and compassion for customers
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical difficulties
- Exceptional organizational, time-management and planning skills with a strong attention to detail needed
- Excellent written, oral communication, listening and telephone skills
