Job Summary

A workforce management software company has a current position open for a Telecommute Customer Engagement Consultant.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Speaking with customers to uncover areas for improvement within our HR-related modules
  • Identifying common patterns across customers, and develop a proposed services solution
  • Tracking the results of your proposed solution, and adjust as needed

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience with company human resources software required
  • Demonstrated consultative and/or Project Management experience
  • Demonstrated success with customer service and compassion for customers
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical difficulties
  • Exceptional organizational, time-management and planning skills with a strong attention to detail needed
  • Excellent written, oral communication, listening and telephone skills
