Job Summary

A software company is in need of a Telecommute Customer Engagement Executive.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Developing and managing forecasting, account penetration plans, and customer engagement plans
  • Conducting customer business and opportunity diagnostics
  • Developing and maintaining customer program reporting to communicate progress
