Job Summary

A medical technology company is seeking a Telecommute Customer Engagement Innovations Manager in Kalamazoo.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Support customer adoption of the MVP Program
  • Plan and participate in MVP Site visits
  • Lead the implementation of the MVP Program nationwide

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Up to 25% travel
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field
  • 5+ years experience in project management, process improvement, or related
