Job Summary
A technology company that developed a customer engagement platform has an open position for a Telecommute Customer Engagement Platform Associate Technical Support Engineer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Monitoring requests through multiple channels & responding to queries from our customers in an accurate & timely manner
- Escalating problems to the correct teams where appropriate
- Resolving simple requests without needing to escalate
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Technical or support certifications such as HDI, ITIL, MCSA: SQL or Oracle
- SQL Expert
