Job Summary

A technology company that developed a customer engagement platform has an open position for a Telecommute Customer Engagement Platform Associate Technical Support Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Monitoring requests through multiple channels & responding to queries from our customers in an accurate & timely manner
  • Escalating problems to the correct teams where appropriate
  • Resolving simple requests without needing to escalate

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
  • Technical or support certifications such as HDI, ITIL, MCSA: SQL or Oracle
  • SQL Expert
