Job Summary
A telemarketing service is filling a position for a Telecommute Customer Experience Agent.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Engage our clients existing customers via telephone
- Conduct a variety of customer experience surveys
Position Requirements Include:
- Must attend an in-person 4.5 hour training session in Tampa, Florida
- Work well independently, having excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Own a computer with Windows XP, 7, or 8 and have high speed internet access
- Prior phone experience preferred
- Bilingual skills also a plus but not required
