Job Summary

A telemarketing service is filling a position for a Telecommute Customer Experience Agent.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Engage our clients existing customers via telephone
  • Conduct a variety of customer experience surveys

Position Requirements Include:

  • Must attend an in-person 4.5 hour training session in Tampa, Florida
  • Work well independently, having excellent attention to detail and time management skills
  • Own a computer with Windows XP, 7, or 8 and have high speed internet access
  • Prior phone experience preferred
  • Bilingual skills also a plus but not required
