Job Summary

A customer engagement company is seeking a Telecommute Customer Experience Agents.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Engaging our clients existing customers via telephone
  • Conducting a variety of customer experience surveys and engagement calls
  • Conducting brief telephone customer surveys with our client customers

Position Requirements Include:

  • Must attend an in-person 4.5 hour training session in Tampa, FL
  • Type well and communicate comfortably and professionally over the phone
  • Must have excellent attention to detail and time management skills
  • Must work well independently
  • Must own a computer with Windows XP, 7, or 8 and have high speed internet access
