Job Summary
A customer engagement company is seeking a Telecommute Customer Experience Agents.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Engaging our clients existing customers via telephone
- Conducting a variety of customer experience surveys and engagement calls
- Conducting brief telephone customer surveys with our client customers
Position Requirements Include:
- Must attend an in-person 4.5 hour training session in Tampa, FL
- Type well and communicate comfortably and professionally over the phone
- Must have excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Must work well independently
- Must own a computer with Windows XP, 7, or 8 and have high speed internet access
