Job Summary
A travel company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Customer Experience Analytics Program Manager III.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Be responsible for the delivery of key areas of opportunity
- Serve as a partner and consultant to others
- Supplier account management
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelors at a minimum in data analytics, experience management, or related business field
- 5+ years in Experience Management, Customer Success, Business Transformation, User Experience, or related field
- Experience in running contact center operations
- Background in developing and implementing strategies to drive performance improvement
- Experience in leading concurrent and disparate projects is a requirement
