Job Summary

A company in the custom framing industry has an open position for a Telecommute Customer Experience Design Champion.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Deliver well-considered and stylized design advice for frame recommendations and custom frame design
  • Provide design consultations with customers seeking advice about our product
  • Offer world-class email, phone and web support to customers

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 1-2 years of success in design, customer service, retail, or hospitality role
  • An engaging personality with strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with browser-based tools
  • Adobe Photoshop, and InDesign proficiency
  • Great time-management and organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Happy to multi-task across multiple communication platforms
