An insurance application is filling a position for a Telecommute Customer Experience Lead in Los Angeles.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Driving ideation, development, and iteration
- Creating scalable systems that efficiently deliver world-class customer service
- Generating customer insights for firm wide consumption
