Job Summary

A medical diagnostic company has a current position open for a Telecommute Customer Experience Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Maximize customer retention rates by ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Travel for the CEM is typically 25%, but ranging from 10-40% depending upon the territory's geography
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 years with strong performance in B2B sales environment
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Healthcare Industry
  • Ability to deliver results while working in a highly independent and fast-paced team environment
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills
