Job Summary
A medical diagnostic company has a current position open for a Telecommute Customer Experience Manager.
Must be able to:
- Maximize customer retention rates by ensuring customer satisfaction
- Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Travel for the CEM is typically 25%, but ranging from 10-40% depending upon the territory's geography
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years with strong performance in B2B sales environment
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Healthcare Industry
- Ability to deliver results while working in a highly independent and fast-paced team environment
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills
