Job Summary

A global medicine development organization has an open position for a Telecommute Customer Experience Manager in Nashville.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Building and developing professional relationships with key providers
  • Increasing reimbursement knowledge including payer coverage with HCPs
  • Addressing customers clinical questions using approved materials and responses

Position Requirements Include:

  • Overnight travel is required based on geography
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum eight years of experience in complex pharmaceutical or biotech sales
  • Minimum of two (2) years of specialty pharma/biotech experience
  • Proven track record of consistent high performance
  • Ability to assimilate and communicate complex clinical and product information
