Job Summary
A global medicine development organization has an open position for a Telecommute Customer Experience Manager in Nashville.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Building and developing professional relationships with key providers
- Increasing reimbursement knowledge including payer coverage with HCPs
- Addressing customers clinical questions using approved materials and responses
Position Requirements Include:
- Overnight travel is required based on geography
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum eight years of experience in complex pharmaceutical or biotech sales
- Minimum of two (2) years of specialty pharma/biotech experience
- Proven track record of consistent high performance
- Ability to assimilate and communicate complex clinical and product information
