Job Summary
An online retailer of heating, air conditioning, and indoor air quality product is seeking a Telecommute Customer Experience Operations Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Completing weekly schedule, ensuring proper phone coverage during all business hours
- Overseeing performance of customer service team and tech team
- Acting as contact point for various customer issues and provide solutions to team members
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to make thoughtful decisions
- 5+ years in management of operations or customer service
- Bachelor’s or higher in business and/or management fields
- Additional experience with HR and scheduling
