Job Summary
A cloud contact center solutions company is seeking a Telecommute Regional Sales Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Creating regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives
- Supporting both Channel Partners and Direct Customers
- Managing daily pipeline related activity to exceed results
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Area Manager or similar
- Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators
- Familiarity with Contact Center, WFO and CRM software
- Understanding of partner operations
- Ability to work within and motivate a high-performance sales team
- Excellent communication skills
