Job Summary

A cloud contact center solutions company is seeking a Telecommute Regional Sales Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Creating regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives
  • Supporting both Channel Partners and Direct Customers
  • Managing daily pipeline related activity to exceed results

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Area Manager or similar
  • Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators
  • Familiarity with Contact Center, WFO and CRM software
  • Understanding of partner operations
  • Ability to work within and motivate a high-performance sales team
  • Excellent communication skills
