Job Summary

A telecommunication system is in need of a Telecommute Senior Associate.

Must be able to:

  • Ensure a positive customer experience via accurate and timely order processing and responsiveness
  • Assist other teams to meet on time delivery, invoicing and collections goals
  • Manage the key elements required for order validation, progression, and booking per processes and tools

Position Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field from a college or university
  • Three to five years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Able to use reports such as CPODS Unprocessed Orders and Backlog Reports to address orders requiring action
  • Able to use independently the following systems & tools: Oracle. CPQ. Hyperion
  • Must have proficiency with various software applications including Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel
