Job Summary
A multinational financial services leader is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Customer Experience Senior Designer Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Supporting innovation leaders by helping to visualize and create early prototypes for testing
- Designing engaging, efficient and attractive user interfaces
- Partnering across matrixed customer experience and technology teams to develop interactive applications
Position Requirements Include:
- 6 + years of rich interaction design and prototyping focused on digital products
- An online portfolio demonstrating interaction design process and thinking
- Experienced with all aspects of a user-centered interaction design process
- Proficient in design tools like Sketch, Omnigraffle, Axure and other industry leading tools
- Experience running design sessions with cross-functional teams
- Understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS & Javascript
