Job Summary

A multinational financial services leader is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Customer Experience Senior Designer Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Supporting innovation leaders by helping to visualize and create early prototypes for testing
  • Designing engaging, efficient and attractive user interfaces
  • Partnering across matrixed customer experience and technology teams to develop interactive applications

Position Requirements Include:

  • 6 + years of rich interaction design and prototyping focused on digital products
  • An online portfolio demonstrating interaction design process and thinking
  • Experienced with all aspects of a user-centered interaction design process
  • Proficient in design tools like Sketch, Omnigraffle, Axure and other industry leading tools
  • Experience running design sessions with cross-functional teams
  • Understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS & Javascript
