Job Summary
A sleep products company has a current position open for a Telecommute Customer Experience Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Ensuring a seamless customer experience from start to finish
- Providing quick, knowledgeable, and best-in-class customer service
- Providing technical support to our customers and report bugs to our QA & Tech team
Qualifications for this position include:
- Experience in a customer experience or operations role
- High level of intuition, ability to prioritize tasks, and go-getter personality
- A people-person who enjoys talking with people and can remain calm during stressful times
- Ability to think on your feet and solve problems as needed
- Very comfortable on the phone
