Job Summary
A practice management and health technology company is seeking a Telecommute Customer Experience Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Help customers enroll into services by guiding them through a patient portal
- Monitor all requests for help from patients on a variety of topics
- Provide first-level technical support to patients
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High School Diploma
- Familiar using software such as Word, Excel, Web Browsers and Browser based web applications
- Availability to work an 8 hour shift between the hours of 8am - 6pm
- 2-3 years of full time experience in a call center customer service environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication
