Job Summary

A practice management and health technology company is seeking a Telecommute Customer Experience Specialist.

Must be able to:

  • Help customers enroll into services by guiding them through a patient portal
  • Monitor all requests for help from patients on a variety of topics
  • Provide first-level technical support to patients

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • High School Diploma
  • Familiar using software such as Word, Excel, Web Browsers and Browser based web applications
  • Availability to work an 8 hour shift between the hours of 8am - 6pm
  • 2-3 years of full time experience in a call center customer service environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
