Job Summary
A nonprofit healthcare organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Customer Experience Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Maintaining expert level knowledge of all company publishing products and services
- Performing data entry responsibilities accurately within multiple systems
- Ensuring data accuracy for internal and external customers
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High School or equivalent
- Two years’ experience in either telemarketing, customer service, sales or a position of extensive phone work
- Computer experience with software programs
- Experience/education in business skills
