Job Summary

A nonprofit healthcare organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Customer Experience Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Maintaining expert level knowledge of all company publishing products and services
  • Performing data entry responsibilities accurately within multiple systems
  • Ensuring data accuracy for internal and external customers

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • High School or equivalent
  • Two years’ experience in either telemarketing, customer service, sales or a position of extensive phone work
  • Computer experience with software programs
  • Experience/education in business skills
