Job Summary
A financial services institution needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Customer Experience Strategist Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Lead initiatives that create and transform customer experiences
- Consult, demonstrate and apply customer centric design principles and best practices
- Recommend strategies based on customer trends, analytics and insights
Position Requirements Include:
- Travel required (approx. 20%)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years’ business experience in product, marketing, service, customer experience, or direct-to-consumer, etc
- Must demonstrate strong project management skills
