A life coaching company is seeking a Telecommute Customer Happiness Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service experiences
- Work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team
- Work in a fast-paced and high-intensity environment
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 2+ years experience in customer service is required
- Available to work Monday-Friday, or Thursday-Monday (weekend included)
- Available to work 9am-6pm Pacific Time, and for overtime as needed
- Fast, reliable internet connection
- Effective written communication skills
