A marketing company is seeking a Telecommute Customer Happiness Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and support requests
- Proactively reach out to customers that might need help
- Troubleshoot through product issues and bugs from start to finish

- Are able to talk technical with engineers, as well as explain in simple terms
