Job Summary

A marketing company is seeking a Telecommute Customer Happiness Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries and support requests
  • Proactively reach out to customers that might need help
  • Troubleshoot through product issues and bugs from start to finish
