Job Summary
A staffing agency has a current position open for a Telecommute Customer Insights Specialist in Vernon Hills.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Working cross-functionally to develop and maintain my clients customer and partner journey maps and personas
- Evaluating and measuring customer experience and satisfaction at different points in the journey
- Conducting qualitative and quantitative consumer research to generate consumer insights
Qualifications for this position include:
- 2-3 Remote Days Per Week
- Bachelor's degree in User Experience, Service Design, Design Methods, Digital Marketing, or related field
- 5 years of experience in digital marketing
- 3 years of experience in user experience or service design preferably
- Self-starter comfortable taking a business question, formulating a plan to answer it and executing against that plan
- All other requirements necessary for this position
