Job Summary
A technology company has a current position open for a Telecommute Customer Maintenance Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Facilitating resolution of all customer RIP and system software issues in a timely manner
- Supporting resolution of complex print engine hardware issues, engaging the necessary resources
- Participating in customer service expectation setting and implementation planning
Position Requirements Include:
- Possess a valid driver’s license
- Advanced color skills and demonstrated technical leadership
- Advanced color skills and demonstrated technical leadership
- Ability to install and support ongoing maintenance of high-end (RIPs) Digital Front Ends
- High degree of trouble shooting and problem solving skills
- All other requirements necessary for this position
