Job Summary

A technology company has a current position open for a Telecommute Customer Maintenance Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Facilitating resolution of all customer RIP and system software issues in a timely manner
  • Supporting resolution of complex print engine hardware issues, engaging the necessary resources
  • Participating in customer service expectation setting and implementation planning

Position Requirements Include:

  • Possess a valid driver’s license
  • Advanced color skills and demonstrated technical leadership
  • Advanced color skills and demonstrated technical leadership
  • Ability to install and support ongoing maintenance of high-end (RIPs) Digital Front Ends
  • High degree of trouble shooting and problem solving skills
