Job Summary

A cloud service company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Customer Marketing Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Map, align, and monitor programs across all customer touch points
  • Lead the strategy and execution of cross-sell and upsell programs
  • Be accountable for Quarterly customer advocacy goals

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Require up to 30% travel
  • 1-2 years success in a management role with direct reports
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or related field required or equivalent experience
  • 6 years of experience in a B2B marketing or customer marketing role
  • Passion for driving customer engagement
  • Proven track record in customer marketing
