Job Summary

A software development company is filling a position for a Telecommute Customer Marketing Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Create and manage a proactive pipeline of customer reference points
  • Conceptualize and evangelize the creation of a scalable customer marketing program
  • Build and lead company's customer marketing strategy

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Represent at case studies, webinars, speaking events
  • BS/BA degree required
  • 4 - 6 years previous B2B marketing experience
  • At least two years in a customer marketing role
  • Excellent expertise in narrative storytelling, writing, and editing
  • Thorough understanding of sales and customer success processes
