Job Summary

A fintech company is seeking a Telecommute Customer Operations Support Specialist in Cleveland.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Acting as a first responder for incoming requests and triage requests to the appropriate group
  • Diagnosing issues and engaging with our Customer Experience, Product and Development teams for solutions
  • Assisting with establishing automations, triggers, and adjustments to the help portal

Qualifications Include:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • 2+ years of full-time work experience in Customer Support
  • Experience working in consumer-facing roles
  • Zendesk experience
  • Proficiency with computers and technology
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with attention to detail
