Job Summary
A company providing lease purchasing technology has an open position for a Telecommute Customer Payment Assistance Representative.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Taking in-bound and out-bound calls
- Providing top tier support and service to our customers
- Collecting on accounts that are <60 days past due
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer Service and prior collections experience with impeccable interpersonal skills
- Computer and typing literacy/proficiency, working with multiple software applications/screens simultaneously
- High school Diploma or GED equivalent
- Be 18 years or older
